Description Of The
Entire Project

This character design explores the tension between comfort and unease, transforming a familiar childhood symbol into something darker and more complex.

The bear begins as a recognizable figure of softness and safety, but subtle distortions—stitched features, asymmetry, and exposed details—shift the emotional tone. The addition of bat-like wings and a fractured heart motif introduces a sense of corruption and inner damage, blending innocence with something more unsettling.

Using a limited color palette and strong silhouette, the design remains simple and readable while carrying deeper narrative weight. The result is a character that feels both approachable and disturbing, inviting viewers to look closer and question what lies beneath the surface.
